Here2Talk
a free mental health resource for post-secondary students created by the provincial government. Here2Talk connects students with mental health support when they need it. Through this program, all students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution have access to free, confidential counselling and community referral services, conveniently available 24/7 via app, phone and web.

VCH Three Bridges Community Health Centre:
Low barrier, confidential medical clinic for youth under 24 living in downtown Vancouver with mental health, addiction, gender identity or financial issues. Includes sexual health services, counselling and referrals to specialists.
Mental health services for LGBTQ+ men
A non-profit society for LGBTQ South Asians offering individual counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor on a sliding scale basis.
A Registered Counsellor specializing in LGBTQ+ services, expressive arts and narrative therapy.
Individual, relationship and family counselling for clients of all ages and genders.
Catherine White Holman Wellness Centre:
Low barrier services for transgender and gender non-conforming people provided by doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, nutritionists, counsellors and lawyers.
Call to schedule an intake appointment with a nurse to discuss treatment and referral options. Youth ages 15-24 given special consideration.
