DSU MUSIC CLUB

Club’s Mission:

The music club aims to connect students passionate about music with free educational resources and other like minded individuals. We plan to organize a range of events such as concerts, workshops, talent shows, and show cases to give students opportunities to perform, learn and grow as musicians. The club serves as a networking hub, fostering collaboration among members across various musical genres and skill levels. By promoting creativity, community, and collaboration, we empower students to develop their talents, share their music, and build meaningful connections within the campus and the broader music community.

The purpose of the Music club is:

• Provide free resources for music education

• Help students network/make community

• Facilitate and organize student performances and help showcase their work

• Help students find band members and other like-minded people to make music with

• Organize jam sessions/karaoke nights
