DSU JAPANESE ASSOCIATION

he Japanese Association is an organization that plans and organizes events at Douglas College that allow students to interact with other students by experiencing Japanese culture.

The purpose of the DSU Japanese Association is to promote:

• Activities to promote Japanese Culture.

• Establish a place where Douglas College students who are interested in Japan and Japanese culture interact with each other.

• Establish a place where Japanese Students can interact with eachother, and share information within the college.

We did the following activities last year: Ice breaker event with Japanese quiz and Karuta (Traditional card game). Japanese Calligraphy workshop, and Japanese Movie Night
