I’ve always believed that leadership begins with listening. When I first stepped into Douglas, I was the student full of questions — eager to learn, to belong, and to be heard. Over time, through every event, volunteer role, and student I’ve connected with, I’ve transformed from asking questions to creating answers that help others.

From welcoming students at orientation and mentoring through DCI, to volunteering with Student Life, the Career Centre, and the Graduation Ceremony — I’ve experienced how meaningful it is when students feel supported, included, and celebrated.

As one of the student-elected Board Members of Douglas College, I’ve been working to improve program structures and course accessibility, turning student feedback into action. Now, as your campus representative, I want to be that bridge between students and the college, ensuring everyone has access to the right information, advocacy, and opportunities.

My goal is simple — to create a campus that listens, empowers, and excites. With Campus Corners, a Balanced Event Calendar, and inclusive games and activities, we’ll build a Douglas that’s united in spirit and stronger together.
