About the Club:
The DSU Accounting Club helps Douglas students connect with the accounting profession, prepare for recruitment, and build a supportive student community.
Our programming includes employer events, career workshops, Audit and Tax Panels, and class visits. The Club also manages the DSU Tax Clinic service.
What We Do:
The Club gives students practical ways to learn about accounting careers and meet the people already working in the profession.
Networking: Connect students with accounting professionals, recruiters, and fellow students.
Career development: Host Audit and Tax Panels, recruitment workshops, and information sessions.
Student involvement: Offer volunteer opportunities and social events to build skills, friendships, and experience.
DSU Tax Clinic: Provide free tax-filing assistance to eligible low-income individuals through our student-run clinic.
