The DSU Burmese club is a place for Douglas students to socialize, meet new friends and exchange cultures.
We will be hosting events depending on the participants’ interests.
Also, we will go through the arts and some famous Burmese classic novels to travel through time.
How about taking some virtual tours to Myanmar too?
Most important of all, we will have fun engaging and contributing to the school community.
Fun Fact: Myanmar has festivals celebrated every month. You will have a new celebration to catch up at every meeting.
The purpose of the Burmese club is to connect students through club activities, Accentuate Burmese traditions, heritage, and modern lifestyle, exchanging cultures with participants, providing fun and safe environment for Douglas Students to meet new people and talk about their interests.
